Check your spam folder. Codes only go to an email your child’s school or tutor has recorded, once your permission for your child is recorded.
Only email works for now. If your school has only your phone number, ask them to add your email or send you an invitation.
No code is sent while your child’s school has paused SOYL Academy. Wait a few minutes before asking for a new code: busy times can delay email.
